FBC in Action
Ever wonder what local, state or national Missions FBC supports? We’ve got the news for you!

Here’s one:

The mission emphasis for March is Cooperative Baptist Fellowship (CBF) and Cooperative Baptist Fellowship of North Carolina (CBFNC). These are somewhat analogous to the Southern Baptist Convention and the North Carolina Southern Baptists with whom many of you may be familiar.

Through CBF, our church helps support field personnel (aka missionaries), like our own Mary H**f, to stay in the mission field. Through CBFNC, our offering supports Baptist Childrens’ Homes, Baptist Chaplains on NC college campuses, Baptist on Mission disaster relief, on- line, graphic and in- person resources for NC pastors and lay people and much more. On the table under the bulletin board downstairs, copies of Prayers of the People, The Cooperative Baptist Fellowship’s Year-long Guide to Prayer are available for each member. Please take one one pray for our field personnel and our outreach here in NC, the USA and to the “utmost parts of the world.”
