The Carolyn Phillips Mission Group collected hygiene items for needy students at Lexington Middle School and Lexington High School. Some members of the congregation contributed items like shampoo and conditioner, deodorant and wash cloths. The social workers at the schools will distribute the bags as students present with needs

We had enough wash cloths, manicure kits and other items to take some to First Hope and some to Open Hands for homeless folks in our community.
